The buyer has the right to inspect the goods with the help of employees.
Warranty repairs can take no more than 15 days in the technical center of the company and no more than 50 days in the service center of the manufacturer. If the specified period is exceeded, the customer is provided with the same product for temporary use until the repair is completed.
Warranty repairs are carried out only with a warranty card.
Power supply and battery are not guaranteed.
A warranty is void if:
- no factory packaging of goods
- the label is removed from the model
- The model failed for the following reasons:
improper installation, relocation or use
disaster (lightning strike, flood) due to improper mains voltage
- traces of injury at the waist
- The service was provided by another company or independently
